I have never blogged! I've written on my Facebook wall, had a Live Journal for a bit, but didn't really keep up with it.
BUT...
I would LOVE to lose weight! I find I do better when I tell others of what I have been doing. Makes me want to stick with it. I figure sharing with the good old world wide web would help me get it more out there.
Its going to be a slow start, we're in between houses (gotta love moves) so we're living with family and I'm not motivated and have a funny feeling I won't be for a bit.
However, starting on Monday or Tuesday we will be camping! For a month or longer! I'm excited to hopefully take this opportunity to work in a LOT more exercise! I'm going to get out there with my kids and swim and hike and bike, and maybe take a morning run down the trail next to the camp ground.
We're also going to be nearly technology free the whole time. TV will be off limits unless it is rainy...and I mean pouring rain...but board games come first! I will still get on the internet about 3-4 times a week though. Bills still have to be paid and family needs to be informed of what we are up to and we're buying a house, so checking email is a must! But I will have a time limit and internet time will probably be after the kiddos go to bed.
Are you trying to lose weight? Have you failed at losing weight before? I have! 8 years ago I got pregnant with my daughter and have yet to lose any of the weight I gained with her, and have also had my son in between then and now and not lost weight from him either. :(
Wish me luck and away we go....
